In order to study the mechanical properties and effect of a regenerant on cold recycled mixture with asphalt emulsions (CRMEs), moisture susceptibility, high-temperature performance, low-temperature dynamic durability CRMEs were analyzed evaluated by immersion splitting strength tests, freeze-thaw rutting semi-circle bending uniaxial compression modulus tests indirect tensile tests.
